At Cupids, we want you to love your beauty routine; if a product isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your beauty products in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
